No more ducks less than 1 year old are anticipated until late spring. However, always feel free to contact me by text/phone/email/this website and ask about the possible but unlikely availability of additional duck.
Note 1: It can be found on the Internet that a typical whole goose serving size is 1.5 lbs. per serving. Note 2: No more geese anticipated until Nov/Dec 2024. Ready-to-Cook Duck/Goose (Fresh)……….Deposit Required

*Fresh duck or goose is only available as a pre-ordered item ($9.00/lb. for whole duck,  $18.00/lb. for whole goose, both higher for only breast or leg quarters).  Please text/call (Craig at 252-714-6858), email (craig@jumpinmullet.net), or use our Contact page as far in advance as possible to reserve a bird.  A 50% deposit will be required (we accept Venmo electronic payments).

Pick-up for all items must be scheduled unless the pick-up will be at the Olde Beaufort Farmers’ Market .  Please text/call (Craig at 252-714-6858), or email (craig@jumpinmullet.net) us as far in advance as possible to schedule a pick-up.

All duck/goose ages are written on the label to guide you on how long to cook them.

We can only sell Ready-to-Cook ducks and geese within the state of North Carolina.
